Culture
Our people are Elbit America’s greatest asset, and we are proud to have a team that is brought together by a shared commitment to protect and save lives. We invest in our talent and diligently seek to create an inclusive and engaging workplace where our employees can grow and thrive for years to come.
Supporting Our People

Our career development commitment ensures our employees are well-rounded in their skillsets while providing the resources needed to grow and the opportunity to explore interests outside their role. For at work career development, we offer a Lunch and Learn series, during which employees can present on various topics of interest such as wellness and financial literacy, and have built a mentorship program which is open to all employees. In addition to annual performance reviews, our team members have guided development conversations with their managers in order to create actionable plans for career development.

When it comes to our employees’ health, we are proactively and continuously improving our wellness and benefits programming and offerings. Based on employee feedback we have made several updates to better support our team including a more flexible workplace arrangement, leaving it up to active communication between employees and their managers and teams when it comes to working from home and PTO. We are also proud that our wellness programs now have an increased focus on providing employees with available mental health support through our robust, newly updated mental health program.

Elbit America values collaboration, innovation, engagement and is training-oriented. We provide a variety of professional and personal development opportunities across the organization to support new skills, career mobility and expansion. To develop employee capabilities, we explore relevant training topics, and use research across markets, employee requests, and company needs assessments to drive our training schedules. Our training appeals to various learning styles and is delivered in-person, through live virtual sessions, as well as on-demand and just-in-time learning by internal and external subject matter experts. We expand offerings annually to enable flexible learning and to nurture a culture of life-long learning. Elbit America views learning as an ongoing process, and we understand it’s an investment in our employees’ future success.
Workforce Management
At Elbit America, we believe strong executive engagement fosters a sense of community between all levels of employees. We are proud to have a leadership team that fosters an open-door attitude and prioritizes ensuring our employees feel heard through activities like regular visits to each of our sites and employee engagement surveys. Across the business, we do our best to make sure each team member feels valued and involved by fostering interaction between departments and ensuring holistic, start-to-end involvement in projects.
Our Employee Handbook is a valuable resource for our employees covering topics and policies including everything from employee benefits to employee conduct and ethics.
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Elbit America’s Employee Resource Groups play a critical role in our organization. The members of our ERG’s provide a supportive and safe environment where employees can come together to share experiences, gain professional development, build community, make suggestions for workplace improvements, and provide allyship. Our ERG’s have been a source of connection for employees across our organization. Together, they create impactful change that fosters a culture of inclusion, improving the employee experience.
