Heather Hescheles
Heather Hescheles joined Elbit America in 2026 and serves as the vice president of Washington Operations. In this role, she leads Elbit America’s federal affairs, working with government stakeholders to shape policy, strategy and budgets.
With over 30 years of experience working for and with Congress and leading government relations functions for defense and intelligence companies, Heather is recognized as a strong leader, influencer and subject matter expert in her field. She joined Elbit from Battelle Memorial Institute, where she led government relations. Prior to that, Heather led government relations for Leidos’ defense and intelligence businesses and BAE Systems’ electronics and intelligence sectors.
Heather earned a bachelor’s degree in international politics and macroeconomics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
