        Workforce Management

        At Elbit America, we believe strong executive engagement fosters a sense of community between all levels of employees. We are proud to have a leadership team that fosters an open-door attitude and prioritizes ensuring our employees feel heard through activities like regular visits to each of our sites and employee engagement surveys. Across the business, we do our best to make sure each team member feels valued and involved by fostering interaction between departments and ensuring holistic, start-to-end involvement in projects.

        Quarterly Meeting We have two sets of quarterly meetings for our employees. Quarterly One Company meetings cover company-wide updates and are led by leadership, reaching all corporate and site-specific team members, whereas Quarterly Leadership Conference is similarly led by our executives but serves as a forum for managers to give business updates and share management strategies.
        Weekly Newsletter / Podcast Executive leadership sends weekly newsletters and podcasts which include both a personal and professional perspective, touching on topics including employee spotlights and their regular visits to Elbit America’s different sites.
        Employee Surveys We distribute engagement surveys, exit surveys and new hire surveys to ensure we are receiving regular feedback from our employees.
        Employee Handbook

        Our Employee Handbook is a valuable resource for our employees covering topics and policies including everything from employee benefits to employee conduct and ethics.

        Elbit America’s Employee Community Groups play a critical role in our organization. The members of our ECG’s provide a supportive and safe environment where employees can come together to share experiences, gain professional development, build community, make suggestions for workplace improvements, and provide allyship.         Women of the Workplace (WoW)

        The WoW ECG equips women with the tools and resources to help women succeed professionally in the workplace. This is accomplished through ongoing mentorship, networking, training, professional development and community engagement.

        The Black Professionals ECG

        The Black Professionals ECG advances an inclusive and diverse work environment with a particular focus on Black current and future employees. Through internal and external activities, the ECG provides opportunities to attract, retain, empower and inspire Black employees of all levels. The overall purpose of the group is to ensure Black employees are enabled to achieve their fullest potential at Elbit America.

        Pride ECG

        The Pride ECG provides a safe space for all participants to network, discuss issues that affect the LGBTQIA+ community, hold professional development events, engage in community events and propose ideas and changes to improve the LGBTQIA+ community’s experience in the workplace and community.

        Career Development

        Our career development commitment ensures our employees are well-rounded in their skillsets while providing the resources needed to grow and the opportunity to explore interests outside their role. For at work career development, we offer a Lunch and Learn series, during which employees can present on various topics of interest such as wellness and financial literacy, and have built a mentorship program which is open to all employees. In addition to annual performance reviews, our team members have guided development conversations with their managers in order to create actionable plans for career development.

        Wellness and Benefits

        Wellness and Benefits

        When it comes to our employees’ health, we are proactively and continuously improving our wellness and benefits programming and offerings. Based on employee feedback we have made several updates to better support our team including a more flexible workplace arrangement, leaving it up to active communication between employees and their managers and teams when it comes to working from home and PTO. We are also proud that our wellness programs now have an increased focus on providing employees with available mental health support through our robust, newly updated mental health program. Additionally, on-site wellness office visits at our Fort Worth and Merrimack sites have increased 72.6% from 2020 to 2021.

        Training

        Due to the nature of our industry, there are several mandatory compliance trainings assigned to our employees, all of which are tracked by our Learning Management System (LMS). We have built a robust onboarding program, but also encourage continuous on the job training around topics including security, HR benefits, and timekeeping. There are also courses available to all employees on unconscious bias, respect, active listening and courteous behavior and wellness and self-care. We have a 94% average training assignment completion rate for the five sites (FWO, MER, TDO, SAO and NV) for which we collect this data. LMS training completion rates are collected and reported to our management team quarterly.
