    Brad Barnard

    Senior Vice President and General Manager, Integrated Solutions

    Brad Barnard joined Elbit America in May 2026 and leads the Integrated Solutions division. Prior to assuming this role, Brad served as vice president and general manager of the Land Systems Division at SAAB Inc., where he led a diverse portfolio of close combat, precision fires, training and simulation, and sustainment programs. 

    Brad also spent 15 years in leadership roles spanning program management, strategy and international business development at Raytheon Missiles and Defense. Most recently, he led a division of weapon systems programs, including TOW, Javelin, Stinger, Excalibur, Precision Strike Missile and the XM-30 infantry combat vehicle. Brad also brings experience from General Dynamics Land Systems, where he supported global armored vehicle programs. He started his career in operations research and systems analysis.

    Brad earned a master’s degree in national security studies from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Michigan State University.
